Vehlai Thamarai
Drew this kolam in 2002 for Navarathri as well, at my music school. This one was for Saraswathi Pooja Day. We have grand Navarathris, so that year I was put in charge of decor. This time learnt my lesson and did the face first and let the helpers do the easier stuff only!
This is definitely my all time favourite. :))

This was drawn for Navarathri 2002 at my music school. I normally have students helping me with the kolam. Everything but the most important part turned out well. The face got messed up coz the decor around it was done by one of my student helpers and I filled in the details at the last minute. Learnt my lesson.

Water Flour
Today being Varalakshmi pooja. Yesterday the house underwent some spring cleaning and beautification. As the official kolam drawer of the house, I had fun playing with water and flour.
