Vehlai Thamarai
Drew this kolam in 2002 for Navarathri as well, at my music school. This one was for Saraswathi Pooja Day. We have grand Navarathris, so that year I was put in charge of decor. This time learnt my lesson and did the face first and let the helpers do the easier stuff only!
This is definitely my all time favourite. :))

Why havent u put a blouse for saraswati?
I am reminded of the movie Punnagai Mannan, where she draws a giant sized Saraswati..:D

I didn't have a camera with me that day. Someone took the photo for me :))) Luckily at least someone took the shot - a lot of my kolams go unrecorded :)
